Refund & Cancellation Policy

At JJWR Automation, we aim to provide excellent service and transparent policies.
This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations, rescheduling, refunds, and project changes are handled.
1. Bookings & Consultations
1.1 Cancellations
You may cancel a booked session (e.g., consultation, discovery call, support session) up to 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund.
1.2 Late Cancellations
If you cancel within 24 hours of the appointment time, the fee is non-refundable.
1.3 No-Show Policy
If you do not attend your session without prior notice, the fee is non-refundable.
1.4 Rescheduling
You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before the session at no cost.
Rescheduling within 24 hours may be treated as a cancellation.
2. Fixed-Price Projects
2.1 Deposits
Deposits (if applicable) are non-refundable once work has begun.
2.2 Refunds Before Work Begins
If you request cancellation before work has started, you will receive a full refund.
2.3 Refunds After Work Has Started
Once work has started, refunds are not typically provided.
However, if:

there is a clear billing error

or we are unable to deliver the agreed scope
we may issue a partial or full refund at our discretion.
2.4 Scope Changes
Requests for additional features or changes outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
These changes do not affect refund eligibility for the original project work.
3. Hourly or Ongoing Support Services
3.1 Pay-As-You-Go Support
Payments for support sessions are non-refundable once time has been used.
3.2 Retainer Packages
Unused hours in retainer packages are non-refundable but may be rolled over for up to 60 days, unless otherwise agreed.
4. Issues With Delivery
4.1 If You Experience a Problem
If you believe your project or session has not been delivered as agreed, contact us within 7 days.
We will investigate and, if appropriate:

correct the issue,

provide additional support,

or issue a partial refund at our discretion.
4.2 Third-Party Services
We are not responsible for issues caused by:

Microsoft 365, Power Automate, Power Apps

Wix, Calendly, email providers

Any other third-party platform
Refunds cannot be issued for third-party service outages or limitations.
5. Digital Products (If offered later)
Digital templates, downloads, or training materials are non-refundable once delivered.
6. Processing of Refunds
6.1 Method of Refund
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
6.2 Timeline
Refunds are typically processed within 3–10 business days depending on your bank.
